List: Where you can celebrate the 4th of July in North Texas
July 4 is on a Thursday this year, so many events will happen late June The Fourth of July marks the 248th year of independence for the United States. Many events are scheduled for late June, with many events taking place throughout North Texas. Celebrations include parties in Celebration Park, a live parade, live music, and a fireworks show at Celebration Park. The City of Frisco's official two-day Independence Day celebration honors veterans and military heroes and hosts one of the largest firework finales in North Texas, with a 25-minute long fireworks show. The Addison Kaboom Town!!, a 25 minute-long fireworks show is among the best in the nation and is simulcast on both Star 102.1 FM and on the town’s social media channels. The 17th anniversary of this Independence Day event will be held in Plano, Texas, will be celebrated at Panther Island Pavilion.

DALLAS — Fourth of July this year marks 248 years of independence for the United States of America. To celebrate, many families will be looking for fireworks shows and other events.
Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled evening at Celebration Park, where we'll have delicious food, live music and a spectacular fireworks show.
Kick off the Independence Day festivities with a Party in the Park! Enjoy a variety of entertainment including live music, lawn games, and an evening lit up not only by an incredible firework show, but also a 200-piece drone show!
Join us this year for a live parade. Deck out in red, white, and blue for this patriotic occasion, or watch from your lawn chair on the square as the parade rolls out.
Sounds of Lewisville concludes with DCTA A-train Red White & Lewisville presented by CoServ featuring ESCAPE – The Journey Tribute band and country singer Jade Flores. A low-level fireworks show will take place following this concert. The fireworks will be launched from the roof of the Lewisville Grand Theater in Old Town.
