The company was sued by West Virginia for unethical behavior. In order to prevent customers from appealing to their customers, they filed a bankruptcy petition and listed all their customers as creditors. I've been together for six years and settled down 0 debts. I was sued many times, and they would not call for negotiations after I asked. After being sued, I was advised to go to a lawyer. My lawyer advised me to report to the Attorney General that I was not working. They have a lot of complaints in the Better Business Bureau.
