I want to take back time and warn you not to use this company.
Short version: My husband now lives in America. That's great. However, Davis and Associates failed to take care and showed a general attitude of indifference, which led to a long, frustrating and painful experience.
2016 In September, I met Gary Davis and discussed our choices. Like most people, I came here without knowing anything about immigration. His fiancee lived in England at the time, so before moving to the United States, he had to stay in England for nine months to benefit from his work. Davies said that fiancee visas should be completely avoided and that there were two main options.
1. Marry in the United States. My husband can be here legally, but he can't work for a total of seven months.
2。 get married outside of America My husband will be able to move here nine months later to work.
We chose option 2 and prepared to get married in Scotland the following March. Soon after we got married, we paid the fees for Davis and Associates. I filled out the necessary documents and sent them with my marriage certificate to Davis and Associates.
9 months have been told.
2017 When I got married in March, this procedure started. In January 2018, USCIS embarked on our case. It was said that it would take four to six months to get the interview. You'll be notified about a month before the interview date. After the interview, I will get my passport and visa back in about two weeks. This means that for 16.5 months, all documents will be filled out and all documents will be reviewed and delivered in no time. There were many delays on the way, but fortunately the interview day came much earlier than expected and he was eligible to arrive in June 2018. It was said that 9 months, so I think our documents were officially sent to USCIS in May 2018. It will be a meeting game for a long time. I sent an email asking for more information before Christmas 2017, and they still had no reply by January 11, 2018. This is because my ex-Paraligal, Jessica left. My new paralegal was Christine. She continued to talk to Christine after that, but she stopped answering on January 23. On February 1st, I learned that she was no longer there. Now, Priscilla handles my case. In February,
2018, we started preparing packets for NVC and were asked to pay the fees. This packet contained a support affidavit (which indicates I can support my husband economically) and a DS-260 application. This application shall be a permanent resident. They sent it to us and reviewed it and signed it. I understood that this meant that they met everything and I had to sign it. We signed everything and sent it back in early March. We had to send it many times. They insist that they did not get them. I kept looking for a position, and on April 25th they were still under review and told me they were ready by the weekend. Did you notice that this excessive review did not check the DS-260 box that you can apply to SSN at the same time as the permanent resident card?
The interview date was said to take four to six months, but in fact, the interview was scheduled for May 2018 in June. I reached out to them and asked them what would happen, and they basically said: "This is the document that he should bring. When he arrived in the United States, they didn't ask for an explanation of what would happen in the interview, what questions would they ask, help him prepare, or provide real information. After I asked him, he briefly explained what he would ask me at the interview. One of the doctors had to see him, but they said it would take him two days before the interview and five days to review the medical materials he was planning to bring to the interview. I asked my lawyer what to do, kept calling and continued to send emails. Did you have to change the interview schedule? After all, I got someone and she could only say "I thought" that she could provide medical materials later. She certainly couldn't say it and I couldn't get a candid answer, so we just thought it was good. I had to wait for the approved medical form to arrive, so I was about two weeks late. After my husband went to the interview and he was approved, I informed my lawyer. He also said, "Let me know when he comes here."

To be honest, if we could return on time and call him back here seven months without work, we would have done it. The whole process was very expensive and mentally exhausted. American immigrants are not easy, they don't want them, but they just added that they've been relieved of stress by lawyers.
