When I moved to TX from New York the other day, I was misinformed that my previous injury would result in my loss of my Workman's Camp in Texas.  We were actually told by the hospital that the injury was new. He reported his injury twice to a company that he did not report to the head office.  I finally said that I needed to call a lawyer.  My husband contacted the law firm and reported an injury in 30 days, but the company did not report it to the company, so no problem.  I hired them.  We constantly track down callbacks and information, and the first two hearings they called now...Of course...Because they came last, what they said to us turned out to be no problem. My husband was rejected and left with thousands of medical expenses.  In my opinion, they were weak-defended and easily rolled in. In Texas, the company could lie, they were believed against the injured workers, and the lawyer lied them without a fight.   I do not recommend that this company process compensation claims.  I can't represent other services, but in the case of Workers' Camps, I think it's very weak and much desirable.  All that I had spoken to them and all that they had said was wrong.  I thought everything that attracted their attention might be a problem...It was just because he was rejected, so we were told not to.  Weak! !!
