After eight years as a lawyer for IRS's Senior Civil Tax Case and Criminal Tax Attorney, I represent my customers for the IRS in this field. I continue to negotiate with the IRS's complex audit and collection investigations, criminal tax investigations, related appeals, Tax Law Courts and the Justice Department, and demand the withdrawal and negotiation of criminal cases and the court's ruling procedures as necessary.
