We specialize in law and customer service for migrants and refugees who have been subjected to human rights violations. We focus on domestic violence, youth status, asylum, and U-Visa of special immigrants.
Bessie Healy established HRI in 1999 and served as the executive director of the organization until November 2005. Betsy continues to commit strongly to Agency 's mission.
