Kennedy was formerly a federal court or administrative court member of Health Care Financing Administration (now Medicare and Medicaid Services, "CMS"), Inspector General, and other departments and established in 2002. Prior to joining HHS, Mark was a lawyer for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Oklahoma and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Tennessee. Mark S. Kennedy was the founder of Kennedy, a counselor at Lou, a health law store in Dallas, Texas, Attorneys &. Mark is focused on compliance with medical law and regulations.
