I live in Ga. My ex-wife and I have daughters. Recently, Ga applied for child support in Florida where his father lives because he said he would apply for child support in the place where his father lives. So he received a letter from the Florida Children's Support Department informing him of the incident.
The next thing I learned was his support for the child from Texas. Clearly, Texas was trying to escape with lower child care costs and lower child care costs than Florida. A lawyer in Atlanta told Kathy to call her at once. Cathy told his lawyer what was going on before she took up my case, and said that it was necessary for her client to drop the petition. My ex-Casey was firm and had to keep Kathy and the company to represent me from Atlanta.
Kathy and her team came to me to answer my many emails and phone calls. The two lawyers negotiated with each other, and the former lawyer found that his wife had obtained a driver's license in Texas with the address of his relative, and that he had lived in Texas only for the few days he had received a petition, which proved to be a losing case for him. Texas said the state had to live in Texas for six months and obtain a 90-day license before filing a petition.
The court proceedings took about six months for both lawyers to reject with prejudice and the court to sign. My case didn't have to go before the judge. It took me a long time because my ex-boyfriend was late. The former wife also had to pay the lawyer's fee as part of the settlement.
Kathy and her team were very professional and experts in their work. They are the first company that I had to work with and set very high expectations for the law firm. I'll have the money paid. As Kathy has been doing this for a long time, I learned from the telephone consultation that I and my daughter had the most interest in me and turned away from her company.
I don't know what I could do without them.

I was very disappointed with how I handled my case. I don't recommend this lawyer.
