The Chris and his legal team are in the highest position, helping to build an incredibly strong new business corporation. We are not open to the public, and some of the investors' lawyers reviewed the LLC documents and were unjustly impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the LLC. I don't think the peer review between lawyers and lawyers is a better testimony!
