The staff is very good, but our overall experience was still terrible.
Simply put... My mother and I went to coordinate the immigration office, but again, the staff were very friendly and no problem. We reviewed the payment plan, paid a lot of money to begin the process, got the documents and returned to the next reservation. A few days before that promise, I had a few more questions, so I got a phone call asking me to change my schedule. We have made that promise, they have examined something, and they have given us terrible news that my mother cannot actually restore her status as an immigration officer. I was bursting to hear that! Why don't you tell me this from the beginning? ! We had hope, and we paid them money to move forward! (The second opinion was given after this lawyer, and the second one was told the same thing, from the first day!) Anyway, it's natural for her mother to get a refund of the money, isn't it fair? Well...The first week of August, the second week of August, is said to be a refund, but we have not received anything yet, and other reviews seem to have problems with the refund. I received a refund on August 18...We are now on September 5th. We are trying to be patient because patience is a virtue, but money does not grow on trees...The reason I don't know where the refund will come from is because it's three weeks since they sent it!
