Fernando is a wonderful man and even better-behaved.  He was very knowledgeable and, most importantly, very supportive for us. In our first trial, he was patient and very thorough. He was recommended by a friend who used to take a green card, and we went to his office for the first time and came to work a few days later. First, Mr. Fernando started by meeting another lawyer who had been told he was out for several days. The lawyer told his wife that he had two options, DACA and green cards, but he had to leave the country for an interview in Juarez and scared her. He gave her information about her past and told her father when she was young, but he said that she was illegal after she got married. Well, we started the DACA process because at that time, the green card option was about 3000.00 just for the lawyer's fee, and we also paid the immigration fee. We agreed on the amount of the daca process and set up another deal to bring all the necessary documents together with the documents that the lawyer will fill out. Interestingly, they prepared the packet, but we had to mail it, they wanted to take care of it, but we went ahead and mailed it. A few months later, I received a letter from the Immigration Bureau and asked my wife for more information. A few days later, I received a copy of the same letter from the lawyer's office, and I thought they would contact me to discuss the next step. I sent more information to the Immigration Office, and a few months later the Immigration Office again requested more information, and the Attorney Office sent me a copy of the same letter. So we contacted the lawyer and explained to the woman who had heard the phone, but despite our explanation of the importance of the situation, she had to wait because we had a different number. After all, my wife came to the US and I received a final notification from the immigration office that I didn't have enough GED proof. I finally emailed my lawyer's office and when a miracle happened, Fernando, who had been trying to get in touch with my wife for a long time, answered that we had not received letters from him or his office, even if we examined his cell phone records and the answering machine. We felt that they had just completed the paper work and decided to fulfill their responsibility to the immigrants, so they did a little work, but we asked for a partial refund because they didn't have enough money to charge us. But I won't refund you! So if you want a lawyer who never calls your client and never sees you (he has an assistant), he will be your substitute! !!It is also recommended that his lawyers keep the immigration laws up to date. We went to three other highly recommended lawyers, and we carried out the green card procedure with the documents that our parents had entered when they were children, and had already left.
