This lawyer tried to prosecute his father for the work I did, but we are planning to report him to the state bar in Texas.  He was about to lose us in court, and we had to hire another lawyer, who fortunately was much better than he.  The lawyer was inconsistent with his response to emails and phone calls (he did not respond at all until he got in touch again), misled his sloppy work, chaotic, non-professional, and unversed in the law.  The same error is repeated over and over again, "after correction" while the same fact is written orally.  He couldn't remember any simple facts or instructions.  He didn't know what he was doing, and he was too busy to properly service existing customers.  a waste of money  Avoid this lawyer.
