I contacted Ward on a problem with the tenant. He called me up and said he was familiar with the problems of the tenant and landlord, and said, "Make the papers next week and send the retainers. "It's $2,000."  That was June 2017. After 15 months, I fast forward and I have no idea where my case is.  I called his office many times and sent an email, but it was on November 17 that I actually called him by phone.  The other day, he left town in Dallas.  It was very frustrating to associate with him to do nothing about my case and to admit that I was trying to reach him.  a waste of $2,000

I have to make a bad review. I'm trying to get in touch with Mr. Ward for three days. He was hired back in November because he was highly regarded for Yelp and he demanded a decent price. My bf, who was supposed to be his representative until September, was temporarily reduced, and I lost my job, so I had to lower half the price. I can't get in touch with him since I believe in January. I can't tell him what's going on. The date of his court turned out to be Tuesday. It's a problem for Mr. Ward to completely ignore us. Even though I paid $750, I really didn't do anything and I couldn't get in touch with him, so he says he might be cheating us now. I am happy that I can't pay the rest now.  We no longer want his service, and he feels like he has already borrowed the money he paid to us. But I think he's having trouble getting back to us, so we've lost all the money that we can use for a lawyer who really cares. Be careful when you decide to use him.

My wife and I were at a loss to repair the house between the landlord and me. Ward gave us peace of mind and helped us end the lease without penalty. I'll get my deposit back! Ward did a great job!  He was very sensitive to my phone, requests and concerns  When my trial began, his game ended. Even when a curved ball was thrown, he was prepared to handle them gracefully. If it is necessary to be represented by a lawyer with the sincerity and knowledge of the law, no further investigation will be conducted. If I am in a situation where I need a legal representative again, I will contact Ward Davison's law firm.

Ward is a great lawyer.  We have brought a lawsuit for the Lord and Tenant Farmers, which is incredibly annoying, and Ward won our lawsuit. He was a very confident and reassuring rock star of the court.  When you file a suit, you get very stressed, you get Ward on your side, and you get less stressed from the day you choose to represent.  I would recommend him again if necessary, and for those who need legal assistance.

I have had a different experience with my lawyer. And Ward is above the others.  A lawyer will always be called a villain, listen to his demands, experience with a hard and intelligent worker to accomplish his work, and it will be exhilarating.  He is not only a great lawyer, but actually a great man, which is rare in this industry in my experience.  Recommended!
