Gonzalez graduated from University of Texas Law in 1984. She majored in political science and administration at Texas University in Arlington, and has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree of ''s. She has dedicated her entire career to the practice of immigration. Before establishing the company, Gonzalez was working as an associate at an AV-related law firm specializing in immigration law. Before attending law school, Gonzalez, hired by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), has gained valuable experience working inside federal agencies. She is a lecturer and trainer for those who want to get BIA certification. Gonzalez is also a speaker at a community-related event.
