When I paid 6,000 dollars in cash and received my receipt, I hired Bradley Friedman to 3/5/2013. My psychiatrist and Don Nicolini persuaded me to put my daughter's piper first and told me how to do it. Friedman explained "the protection of addiction" from George Bush's perspective. He spoke of recovery and atonement, and to Judge Mary Brown, of how we could make a convincing and clear case. I agreed on two goals.

1) Please refrain from meeting under surveillance.
2) Remove the protection order against my declaration of domestic violence.

I requested a representative contract and Mr. Friedman agreed to provide it. Today is Saturday 11/15/2014, and despite multiple requests, we have not yet signed a representative contract.

The hearing was scheduled for 12/2/2013. My eyewitness, including Dr. John Tarmagzi and Dr. Don Nicolini, was waiting in the hall for four hours at 303 in Dallas County Family Court. The scheduled hearing never happened. When I met him directly on the 20th, I again expressed my disappointment with Mr. Friedman 12/4/2013. I asked, "Did you do your best?" Mr. Friedman said, "No," and "I promise to rule myself." I made a reservation for 12/20/2013 with

12/19/2013 Friedman. On March 12/20/2013, Mr. Friedman made me his promise. He was no call and no show. Mr. Friedman then rescheduled his reservation for 12/19/2013 12/24/2013. Again, Mr. Frey 12/24/2013 Doman stood up to our promise. Again he was no call and no show. I sent a request for a refund to Mr. Frie 12/24/2013 Doman. At 5/30/2014, I requested a copy of my proxy contract by phone and email.

Finally, Friedman had scheduled a hearing on Tuesday 303 Dallas County Family Court 6/17/2014. I asked Mr. Friedman. "Did you talk to the witness about their abilities? Dr. John Talmagge?"Mr. Friedman answered, "No, I will summon him if I need him." I answered, "It doesn't sound like a professional."

In my mind I have fulfilled my father's duty as a client. Mr. Bradley Friedman obviously ignores my case and it has a negative impact on my relationship with Piper. He doesn't return my phone or email and doesn't let me know what's going on in my case. I think this represents a clear and fair fact.
