We all heard the lawyer and his companions use their client to speak out of fear.   This is definitely not one of those accounts.

Michael Payma is far from one of these difficult requirements.  In fact, in my personal injury trial representing me, he became a rock star with his performance and won a good reputation!

Share my experience with Mr. Paima and the team to appreciate the great service, as well as to make the customer navigate appropriately for legal expression.

Briefly, I returned to Dallas from a short stay in Mexico three years ago.  I didn't want to jump in between nine and five, so I thought it would be fun to drive a taxi for a while and see what kind of adventure this fuss could lead to.  Despite the many crazy stories I gathered around the masses around the DFW, I unfortunately had some trouble with accidents.

After the first punch, I signed to the first lawyer who happened to be a company in the taxi company I worked for.  Fortunately, Paima's Melissa and Armando's personal injury team were very sensitive to all of my inquiries about developing strategies to maximize my recovery.

If a good team doesn't cooperate, you may run into a disadvantage when negotiating with an insurance company that protects a careless driver.  With regard to this elaborate deal with an insurance company, my team was very powerful and after a year's offer, I was offered a favorable offer to me without being tried. Welcome to the Paima team!

For that reason, when I got my second try, I thought I had come back to Pima's company to ask for help, but I was approached by a friend of mine who seems to be a rock star. Sadly, he wasn't.  Six months later, I couldn't get in touch with him on the phone, so I chased him in the office and found out the truth of my case.  He acted languidly and began to tell me that he had made the best proposal possible for me, but he could not even conceal my drugs with a smile.  Usually at this point, if you try to go to another company, one fails because the original lawyer requests to hold part of the file/recovery.  Fortunately, I persuaded the lawyer to release my file and had no impact. Knowing that the grass was always not green, I should have taken it first, and with my head hanging low, I took it to Payma's office. The team laughed at my hasty decision and immediately set about my file.

Unfortunately, the insurance company we were facing did not accept the first offer.  They went to the mediation, and the settlement was no longer valid, and finally they were brought to court.  David Pima and Michael Pima, who I chose to be Pointman for most of the pre-trial negotiations and mediation, were not given any reservations about continuing to fight in court.  The day of the trial came, and the defense tried to decide the day at least, but we rejected it and went on to win with a four-fold settlement proposed by the defense.  Besides, Mr. Pima had a deep connection with the jury, and, having shown me a good example of my standing up, changed the lawyer's representative from the insurance company to, in effect, a confused dollar.  I was very impressed to see Mr. Paima actually acting and ready to go to court or acting in court.

Then Saga continues...After a complete recovery from the second accident, it was hit again in a light shot, but one week later it was hit on the fourth time as a taxi driver, and finally it was completely fastened in a taxi like a crushing can of carbonated drinks.  In any case, I went to another company, called Paima's office, and again asked for help on this personal injury claim, and without a doubt took action.   I've been with this insurance company recently and haven't decided yet.  As soon as this matter is decided, I will update this review.

Until then, if you are looking for an expression of your personal injury, don't go to a major DFW signage or company. At DFW, they immediately move like livestock into the settlement, or they go to a small operation for "friends" with little experience.  Michael Pima and his friends see what they can do...This guy is a bad lawyer...What more can I say!
