Mr. Roya was my lawyer for most of the year 2010. He continued to ignore his work, missed the deadline, and deceived me verbally and in writing. I sued him in court and won him on behalf of me against him and another lawyer representing him.  I found many complaints from other previous customers against Mr. Roya to Texas state bar. I found five state bar ethical sanctions against Mr. Roya. 1999 disciplinary action;  Three suspension checks were conducted in 2013. Active suspension once in 2014; In 2014, he was punished. State Bar has pending three lawsuits against Mr. Roya in a state court on suspicion of various illegal acts.
