Don't trust this layer! He defends me in a case, so I know the fact that he was paid to deliberately lose sight of my case. Having problems during the trial, I thought I should work on them, and he refused. He made me choose a jury, but I didn't have that experience. I was surprised when I was told to do so at the last minute. If I knew I was simply responsible for doing such a thing, I would have been better prepared for who to choose. During the trial, he repeated questions about the simplest problems that he wanted me to take a note of, at least, and he didn't use any information he had provided. While the trial was suspended, he spent most of his time talking with other lawyers and lawyers. The man she was defending was pretty wealthy and I know that some arrangement was made between them. After I lost the trial, he first told me that he would not appeal. Talking with the man the other lawyer was defending, he asked a question that was ignored for the situation in front of him. He walked up the stand laughing in front of everyone and shouted to me to kick my ass. Efulian Sine  I was humiliated, and I was close enough to ask the judge to fire the lawyer. This lawyer saved my life to the utmost in this loss. I think it's that to go cheap.
Don't hire this man. He's not a valid man! !

Efrain was a lawyer delegated by my father's court. My father has been fighting drug addiction for more than 20 years. He spent a little time in 2006 on drug charges. My father was arrested many times on drugs, and even when he was put in prison or prison, he never said he wanted help or wanted help because he was addicted. My father was arrested in August 2015 and Efrain was assigned to his case. I did my best to get my father's treatment. He was accepted into Ft's rehabilitation facility. Value. On November 16, 2015, my father was tried in his first trial. While I was sitting in the court, Efrain Sein entered the court room and went to the place where the DA was sitting. I heard a word of conversation between Mr. Sign and Mr. Amplifier. DA Seine had been speaking ill of my father, but he had already spent his "pen" time in 2006, so he seemed to have tried to convince DA that he did not have to go to rehabilitation. (He said the same thing before)
After Efrain convinced me, I drew his attention as he left the court and passed through the double door. I introduced Mr. Sain to myself for the first time. I also told him that I had already gone to a local office and had them scan my father's acceptance letter and put it into the system. Efrain was angry to say he didn't receive the letter. (If I got it, he knows) and he took me to the consultation room. The DA told me that my father stopped receiving treatment and that my father committed a crime so that I could not escape time. I told my father that my father was not trying to escape time. He was just asking for help with his addiction. Efrain continued to tell me that it would be most unlikely for him to receive the treatment and help he needed. The trial was held in a month. December 2015.
I will also attend a court hearing.
Yesterday, Efrain missed me 11/23/2015. I called him back and the receptionist informed me that he left the company and she made me call him on his cell-phone. And he did so. He called me at 5:48 p.m. I asked my father why he said bad things to DA. I tried to persuade him, in fact, that I knew he had heard and I would not send my father to treatment. He called me a liar and said, "I must have heard him wrong," and I began to say that I had heard his message to DA clearly. I asked him if my idea was true and he said he did. "I don't ask my father for help because I know if I'm going to rehabilitation, and I don't accept prison time," he shouted, "That's it," he yelled at, "Brush," and waited. And I told him that I would reconsider his words. "I don't send sh** to the person who writes the phone."
I say, "That's fine. Tonight." I hung up.

I don't recommend it to anyone. He doesn't want the best for you or your family. He just wants to make money.
