Mr. Schulman was strongly recommended by those whom I trust and respect. But I think he needs a Ph.D. to understand his 500-dollar consultation (45 minutes talk) and his 425-dollar hourly salary. I took it for granted that the money to sue the former employer would turn to him. When I didn't pursue the case, I felt I was indebted to him in return. He concentrated on explaining his value rather than actually explaining sovereign immunity. He blamed me and tried to make me feel foolish to ask. We're not rich, but a lot of money for our family. When I was in a weak position, I feel that he used me. Be sure to write down any price lists and consultation fee agreements. Get the receipt! Proceed with caution. :(
