Daryl J. Silbera opened the door of a Silbera company in Dallas, Texas in 2001. To support the rapidly expanding insurance defense activities, we immediately increased our attorneys and support staff. As large enterprises helped to protect the compensation of complex workers, they were able to make early successes, which led to the need for new, more prominent customers, expanded practices, and additional legal and administrative staff. The company has been growing steadily, but has had a goal in the last 10 years. Today, we represent both large and small businesses in the most complex commercial and personal legal issues throughout Texas and across the country. Dell's staff is a full-time counselor, lawyer, and legal professional.

On behalf of industrial accident insurance companies, employers, and self-sufficiency, the workers' compensation plans and non-subscribers, Silvera Farm defends labor-related personal accident insurance claims. We will defend our workers' claims before the Workers' Compensation Division and in both the state and federal courts across Texas. It also deals with personal injuries, such as car and truck accidents, building responsibilities, product liability, insurance compensation, and commercial disputes. Our attorneys represent our insurance companies in the Labor Compensation Division field offices, state courts, and federal courts. We have a lot of experience protecting medical disputes, compliance, and business problems before the Administrative Board.
