Susan Vrana was a gentle woman, but not a valid mediator. She failed to tackle important issues, wasted her day, and did not solve anything. The most important problem is the percentage of time spent at each parent's house. When she focused on small issues such as dress, dentist travel, glasses and haircuts, 75-50%, she might have been more productive to say, "I'm going to trial because I'm saving money, I'm saving money, I'm not going to give in to the percentage of time."
